My 5th and probably, favorite coloring page just went live in my Etsy shop…..

Adorable Owls, with pretty Botanical’s and a little hint of Summer Time Bee’s all in an instant PDF you can print out on your choice of paper and start coloring however you like. You can even add some tangles if coloring isn’t your thing. Your PDF will print out without the center watermark. I’d love to see this once you’ve colored it in, so be sure to let me know!
Next time you read this blog….I’m hoping to have become a CZT!
Because commenter Barb asked……Gnome Home, complete with guardian Owl is now available for instant Download.
I’m so excited to be able to offer my work as coloring pages and I would be really thrilled to see how they’re getting colored in, so please let me know if you do! And thanks for the request, Barb!

This time next week, my friend Karen and I will be on a Road-Trip to Providence, Rhode Island to attend the CZT Seminar #20! Soooooo excited. We have been waiting since November when we signed up and it seemed so far away then. I’ll be really thrilled to add the “CZT” after my name soon!
Two more coloring pages completed this week –
They join this one completed last weekend
If you had to choose – which one would you like to see uploaded into my etsy shop first? They will be available in PDF format, which seems to be universally available, priced at $1.50 each. Instantly downloadable so you can get coloring or filling with tangle patterns right away!
I’m finally able to get to work listing my coloring pages for sale in my Etsy Shop. Here is my latest
Flowing Flowers, available for instant download – you can print it out and start coloring right away!
I will be listing several more in the coming weeks as soon as I prepare them for downloading. I’m excited to see if people enjoy these as much as I enjoy making them, so if you do get one, please let me know how you like it!
First, I’d like to say thanks for sticking with me on the ole blog here….I know through the years I’ve been through many facets of creativity…and some of you have taken the ride with me – thanks for taking the time to read, to comment, to follow, to like….it’s much appreciated.
I still knit…that has been my constant for longer than anything else. Right now, I”m focused on my art. One reason is….I’ve spent a great deal of time telling myself that I’m not possibly talented enough to DO art. To call myself an artist. But I always wanted to BE an artist. Well, darn it….I’m calling myself one now. Maybe it’s age, maybe it’s getting a little self confidence, or maybe it’s just realizing you can BE anything you want to be. Someone, somewhere out there is probably going to see what you wanted them to see and like it. The other reason…..I’ve got a goal. Something I’m working towards.
I’ve had some of my work actually sell. That’s a biggie for me. First…it’s hard for me to let go of things. And second….it’s hard for me to let go of things. I am used to people buying my jewelry but the artwork…..that is just so personal to me. I’m getting better at it and really, it’s kind of a necessity if you want people to have your art, right?
That being said….I’ve put a lot of my work out there. On Redbubble…you can find all my drawings and some of my photography. On my Etsy shop, you’ll find my sheep, my Tangled Whorls and odds and ends…..I’m putting it all out there. I’m doing an art show in a few weeks time. All this is working towards the goal of attending and becoming a Certified Zentangle Teacher – yep, as soon as the class registrations open I’m signing up. It’s a bunch of money, but I’m putting nearly everything I make towards it. So when I say thank you, it’s not just for reading this blog, commenting, liking. It’s because you’ve been nice enough to take the time and look at my work, possibly buying a card or a print or a tote bag. You’re getting ready for the Holidays and if something you give someone is something I made – well…..I couldn’t be more honored. And appreciative. And so very, very thankful for your help! It’s you taking the time to shop and look at my work that’s allowing me to realize my Goal….a dream really, and that is to teach all that I’ve been lucky enough to be doing in the world of Zentangle…..I can’t wait!
If you don’t want to “tangle” a pumpkin, you can make this Quick little knit! Available on Ravelry and Etsy for instant download only $3.00. You can slip this over a real pumpkin, a plastic pumpkin or even stuff it with some fiber-fill. If you make it, I’d love to see it, so be sure to let me know!
I do have favorites…..and this is probably my Favorite Whorl of the batch I just made…
You can find it Here, at This Little Bird Told Me…
I have another batch of 7 to do….one of which is a larger whorl so it will be even more fun for me to design.
I have two more pumpkins to finish…one is almost done and then I’ll post pictures. This one is Black with White designs on it. I may make the next one with Gold Pens – we’ll see how that works out. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if the pens are going to “stick” to the surface you’re working on. Then I have a set of three nice Gourds – they are Martin house gourds that just arrived yesterday – I’m forming a plan….one might become a treasure box, as I think it would be really neat to make a cut in the top and have a sort of “lid”….I can’t wait to try these. Lastly, there is that juried show I’m applying to for early December. This will be my first “solo” show as hubby will be there to help, but not to sell. So I have a huge amount of work to prepare for that….lot’s of ornaments and New Sheeps in the Series…..
I’m really excited about what’s happening around here!
I’ve finally had a good chunk of time to just do it. And it is done….I have listed all the things.
New Tangled Whorls.….these sold out at the NJ Sheep Breeders Fiber Festival and I’ve finally been able to restock….but there are only six. I’m hoping my woodworker will be getting some more to me soon 😉
And then there are some cards – two types right now…but I’ll be printing out more of my originals to make into cards.
And finally, I’ve uploaded my own Prints. These are 8 x 10 prints of my Original Sheep Series, printed on quality card stock with Fade Resistant Inks.
For those of you who don’t want a Redbubble account, Now you can find pretty much everything I make in my etsy shop. I also have some originals still for sale, but I’m doing an Art Show soon, so I haven’t listed them.
I still have to get my jewelry up there…..but I’m takin’ a break! Thanks for looking!
